(“TRIM”) has set forth its “corporate philosophy,” “compliance manual” and “rules for responding to antisocial forces” in order to properly deal with antisocial forces that threaten social order and security, and obliges all of its officers and employees to act accordingly.

These rules and such stipulate mainly the following matters regarding responses to antisocial forces.

• Officers and employees shall not have any kind of relationship with antisocial forces.
• Officers and employees shall counter antisocial forces as an organization.
• Officers and employees shall not, for whatever the reason, respond to improper demands from antisocial forces.
• Officers and employees shall work closely with external specialized agencies in order to eliminate antisocial forces.
