Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management (TRIM) is a J-REIT asset management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. It is entrusted with the asset management of Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR). Since its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in June 2002 as a mixed-type J-REIT that invests in office buildings, urban retail properties, etc., JPR has achieved steady growth over a period spanning more than 20 years.
