Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management (TRIM) is the asset management company for Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR). Since the investment corporation is a vessel created solely for the purpose of managing real estate, as a rule it is not able to conduct other business, and it has only officers and no employees. We have signed an asset management outsourcing agreement with JPR, and in accordance with the investment corporation’s articles of incorporation and the asset management policies stipulated therein, we handle asset management-related tasks (buying and selling of real estate, etc., all decisions relating to leasing), financing-related tasks, and reporting to JPR.
